The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. A searchable food and medical product recall database is available at www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/default.htm.

Hazard: Small pegs on the puzzle boards can loosen and separate, posing a choking hazard to children.
Description: Ryan’s Room brand Spin-A-Mals and Spin-A-Mals Safari wood puzzles, for children older than 12 months, have pegs mounted to them and removable animal-shaped pieces. “2012 Small World Toys” is shown on the bottom right.
Sold at: Toy stores nationwide and in catalogs from May through October 2012 for about $25.
Remedy: Destroy the recalled product and contact Small World Toys for a free replacement toy.
