Hazard: The rattle’s end cap can separate, releasing small parts that children can choke on.
Description The “Buff Baby” rattle is gray plastic, shaped like a dumbbell and has plastic pellets inside.
Sold at: Specialty toy and baby stores nationwide and at www.amazon.com and other websites from October 2011 through June 2013 for $7 to $10.
