Hazard: The snaps on the jackets can come off, and children can choke on them.
Description: The infants’ snap-up First Impressions varsity jackets with hoods come in navy blue with green and turquoise trim, or gray with yellow sleeves and navy and yellow trim. Style number 1300 is on the label sewn into the side seam.
Sold at: Macy’s stores, www.macys.com and at Military Exchanges between September and November 2012 for $25 to $52.
Remedy: Return jackets to the place of purchase for a refund. Jackets purchased from www.macys.com should be returned to the nearest Macy’s store, or use the return shipping label enclosed with the original mail order.
