The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: Drawstrings at the neck can become tangled and caught on an object, and young children can strangle.
Description: Made in sizes 2T to 3 by Pure Baby Organic, the hoodie is solid gray with a red drawstring and zipper front closure. A tag with style number PB1613.B12 is sewn into an inside side seam of the garment.
