Hazard: Drawstrings at the neck can get caught on another object and strangle a child.

Description: Sweatshirts came in black, green, blue, red and turquoise in boys’ sizes small and medium. There are two front pockets and a white zipper and drawstring. A label on the lower left seam inside the garment reads batch number 61271,159.

Sold at: Fred Meyer and Kroger stores nationwide from June through August 2014 for about $18.

Remedy: Remove the drawstring or return to place of purchase for a refund and a $10 gift card.
