Hazard: The monkey’s tail can come off, and young children can choke on it.
Description: This recall involves the Go Gaga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey teething toys. This squeaking toy is made of soft orange rubber and is shaped like a monkey. “Infantino” is marked on the back, and model number 206-647 is on the left leg.
Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide and online from December 2012 through January 2014 for about $13.
