Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The plastic adaptors used to connect an infant car seat to a stroller can crack, become unstable and break during use.
Description: The adaptors are two pieces of black plastic that attach to phil&teds strollers, each marked TS26, philandteds and UPC 9 420015 7 4004. The phil&teds Travel System 26 car seat adaptor is compatible with the Classic, Dot, Explorer, Hammerhead, Navigator, S3 and S4 stroller models. The car seat adaptor is compatible with Maxi Cosi Cabriofix, Maxi Cosi Mico, Maxi Cosi Pebble and Cybex Anton car seats.
