The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The spindles in the glider base can separate, and the user can fall.

Description: Two models of Brooks furniture gliders, 1529P and 1529V-LM, have been recalled. The style number and manufacture number between 1/1/2011 and 12/31/2012 are printed under the chair’s seat. Brooks Furniture is printed on a label on the seat cushions.

Sold at: Kaplan Early Learning Co. nationwide from October 2011 to December 2012 for about $390 to $540 depending on style.
