The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: A child can slip through the leg or side opening of the high chair and become trapped or fall.
Description: Dream On Me Dinah high chairs have a steel, powder-coated tubing open-framed base with white plastic foot grips and fabric seats that are black with white trim or red with white trim. The chair has a white plastic tray and footrest, and a white fabric safety strap. “Dream On Me” is on a label attached to the front of the tray. A storage bin is attached to the bottom of the chair legs.
Sold at: Walmart.com and Amazon.com from November 2012 to November 2013 for about $60.
