The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The tube of the pouch topper that screws onto the food pouch can separate from the round base, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Description: PouchPops are silicone toppers that screw onto a baby food pouch that allow infants to feed themselves. Sold in a four-pack (green, orange, red and yellow), they have a cylinder-shaped tube stem that attaches to a round base. A “SipP” logo and smiley face are on the circular base.
