Hazard: Crafting yard used in knit or crochet items can unravel or snag and form a loop, entangling young children.
Description: All 11 colors of Bernat brand Tizzy Yarn are recalled. The yarn was sold as a ball or skein in a 3.5-ounce package with a paper sleeve. UPC codes included in the recall are printed under the barcode on the paper sleeve.
