The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: Wire-edged ribbon used in the blanket’s ribbon tags can become exposed and cut children.

Description: The Sensory Grab Garb blanket is a square of soft fabric with crinkle paper inside and ribbon tags in the middle of each of the four sides. Only the 6-inch square Sensory Grab Garb blankets with colored polka-dot ribbon tags attached to the side of the blanket are recalled.

Sold at: Various children’s specialty stores in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Texas from July 2014 through March 2015 for about $10.

Remedy: Return blankets to the store where purchased for a refund or replacement.
