The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The restraint strap can separate from the seat, and the child can fall out.

Description: Nest booster seats were sold in green (model 6367200), pink (6367300), taupe (6367500) and orange (6367400) with a white base. A sticker affixed to the underside of the seat reads “Nest Booster Seat” with the model number and manufacture date. The date code represents the month and year in MMYY format. Recalled are 0714, 0814, 0914, 1014, 1114 and 1214. The formed plastic seats have a gray three-point child restraint strap system. The OXO logo is on the buckle.

Sold at: buybuy Baby, Toys“R”Us, Babies“R”Us and independent specialty stores nationwide and at Amazon.com from September 2014 through April 2015 for $55.
