In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the following companies are recalling toys that pose a choking hazard to young children:

• JSNY of New York, NY is recalling 250,000 "Funny Clown" and "Dress-Me Clown" dolls. The 13-inch red, blue and yellow dolls with yellow string hair were sold through mail order catalogs and by retailers nationwide from 1986 to 1989. The dolls' button, buckle and zipper present a choking, ingestion and aspiration hazard to children younger than three years, CPSC officials state.
