Suffocation risk in infant cushions
According to the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), 19 infants have died while sleeping on infant bean bag cushions. The infants were three months of age or younger, sleeping face down.
The following companies, in cooperation with the CPSC, are voluntarily recalling their infant cushion products. The following cushions should be either discarded or returned for refunds:
