Crib safety
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recently released baby product safety tips related to or regarding cribs. Included in the tips were guidelines to prevent crib strangulations and suffocation.
Crib cornerposts
Forty-eight strangulation deaths resulting from crib cornerposts occurred between 1973 and 1981, according to CPSC statistics.
