As kids head back to school, Attendance Awareness Month serves as a reminder to “Attend Today. Achieve Tomorrow: Don’t Let Absences Add Up.”
With education cited to be a strong predictor of health, the campaign points to causes of school absences and their impact on children’s ability to learn and succeed.
