Materials have been put to the test by a pilot group of 15 practices in 13 states in rural and urban areas. Families and pediatricians surveyed after the eight-week pilot gave pro-vaccine posts high ratings. Parents said the messages made them feel positive about vaccines and helped them discuss vaccines with their pediatricians. The groups also gave pediatricians information on the best time of day and how often to share information.
