Hazard: The products contain sibutramine and phenolphthalein. Sibutramine is an appetite suppressant that was pulled off the U.S. market because it raises blood pressure and puts people at risk of heart problems and stroke. Phenolphthalein is not approved for marketing in the U.S. because it may cause cancer.
Description: Pill bottles or packages were labeled as: Asset Bold, Asset Extreme Plus, Evolve, Infinity, Jenesis, La Trim Plus, Oasis, Prime, SlimeX-15, Slim Trim U, Ultimate Formula, Xcel, Xcel Advanced and Zi Xiu Tang. The packages contain 30 to 60 capsules.
Sold: Nationwide between April 29, 2014, and Dec. 17, 2015, through distribution/resale via the U.S. Postal Service with the return addressee Bee Extremely Amazed, LLC or through any association with the email address [email protected] and websites www.beeextremelyamazed.com, www.beefitamy.com, www.slimtrim.diet and www.Storeenvy.com.
Remedy: Stop using the product and return to Bee Extremely Amazed, 85205 Sportsman Club Road, Jewett, Ohio 43986.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Bean bag chairs
Units: About 2.2 million bean bag chairs were recalled in 2014, but only 790 consumers who purchased the chairs have responded to the recall.
Hazard: Children can open the zippers on the bean bag chairs, crawl inside, and suffocate or choke on the foam beads. Two children died after suffocating on the chair’s foam beads.
Description: The recalled bean bag chairs have two zippers: an outer zipper that does not have a pull tab and another zipper directly underneath that zipper. The bean bag chairs are round or L-shaped in vinyl or fabric and come in purple, violet, blue, red, pink, yellow, green, black, port, navy, lime, royal blue, turquoise, tangerine and multi-color. Chairs come in three sizes: 30, 32 and 40 inches in diameter. “ACE BAYOU CORP” is printed on a tag sewn into the bean bag chair’s cover seam.

Remedy: Check the outside zipper on the bean bag chair to ensure that it has a metal staple to disable the outer zipper. If not, take the chair away from children and contact Ace Bayou for a repair kit to permanently disable the zipper.

Crib mobiles
Units: About 3,500
Hazard: The strap attaching the product to the crib rail can break, and the mobile can fall on an infant in the crib.
Description: Recalled is the Skip Hop Moonlight & Melodies projection crib mobile. The mobile has a white plastic arm that attaches to the side of a crib with four blinking, glowing leaves with stuffed animal attachments. The mobile also has a projector that projects stars on the ceiling and plays eight lullabies. The dangling stuffed animals on the mobile include a yellow and gray giraffe, a green turtle with a gray and white polka-dot shell, a brown and tan monkey and a gray and white striped owl. SKIP HOP and the model number 185509 are printed on the back of the mobile base.
Sold at: Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby and other independent juvenile specialty stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and skiphop.com from July to November 2015 for about $65.
Remedy: Contact the firm for a $75 coupon toward the purchase of a new Skip Hop product.

Burn relief gel
Units: About 325,000
Hazard: The packaging is not child resistant. The burn relief gel contains lidocaine, which can be poisonous if swallowed by children.
Description: The recalled burn relief gel is packaged in a blue box with white letters “Burn Relief,” red letters “Burn Relief Gel” and the brand name Assured. Inside the box is a blue and white tube labeled “Burn Relief Gel.”
Sold at: Dollar Tree, Dollar Bill$, Dollar Tree $1 Stop, Deal$, Deals and Dollar Tree Deal$ stores nationwide from March to October 2015 for $1.
Remedy: Return the gel to the store where purchased for a refund.
