Units: About 5,600 units of Dr. Mercola oil, about 2,600 units of Wyndmere oil and about 1,200 units of Eiji oil.
Hazard: The essential oil is not in child-resistant packaging and contains methyl salicylate, which is poisonous if swallowed by young children.
Description: Three brands of essential oil are recalled. Dr. Mercola wintergreen oil comes in 1 fluid-ounce amber glass bottles with black caps. Lot codes are WTG-001-T and WTG-001-U, and the UPC code is 813006019729. Wyndmere oils include birch (UPC 602444000907 and batch 12717-65) and Aches & Pains Synergistic Blend (UPC 602444010609 and batch 112019-65). They came in 10 mL blue glass bottles with black caps. Eiji wintergreen oil comes in 5 mL amber glass bottles with black caps with lot 6321C printed on the bottom.
