Toy firefighter hats with flashlight

Hazard: The batteries in the flashlight that came with the firefighter hat can overheat, posing burn and fire hazards.
Description: The Nickelodeon Paw Patrol Deluxe “Marshall” Hat is red with a yellow ribbon, black and white spotted dog ears, and a black flashlight attached to the side of the hat. Only flashlights with SKU 01292093 and date codes 1703RY01, 1603RY01 and 1503RY01 are recalled. The SKU number and date codes are on the sewn-in label under the ear on the hat.
Sold at: Spirit Halloween stores nationwide from September 2015 through November 2017 for about $13.
Remedy: Remove the batteries and dispose of the flashlight. To receive a refund, customers must provide a photo of the tag under the ear in the hat.

Cardigan sets

Hazard: The cardigan’s toggle button can detach, and young children can choke on it.
Description: Recalled are Carter’s three-piece penguin cardigan sets that include a white embroidered penguin bodysuit, a gray cardigan with a hood and matching pair of pants in sizes newborn to 24 months. Style 127G596 is on the front of the care tag inside the cardigan. One of these UPC numbers is on the back of the care tag: 190795798203, 190795798166, 190795798173, 190795798180, 190795798135, 190795798142 or 190795798159.

Hazard:The ball on the end of the xylophone beater stick can separate, and young children can choke on it.
Description: The Petit Collage musical jumbo xylophone has a wooden base with five colored metal keys and a wooden beater stick with a red wooden ball attached to one end. Only toys with letter/number combination TT.1902.0617 on the bottom back of the xylophone are recalled.

Hazard: The pink paint on the outside of the bear water bottle contains lead, which is toxic to young children.
