The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database atwww.SaferProducts.gov. First aid ointment with lidocaine
Units: About 500,000
Hazard: The packaging is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning to children who put the pain-relieving ointment on their skin or swallow it.
Description: Maximum Strength Bacitraycin Plus Ointment with Lidocaine is in a white, 1-ounce tube. Lidocaine is one of the two active ingredients listed on the tube. The following lot numbers, which are printed on the end of the tube, are recalled: 16001 through 16002, 404001 through 404002, 405001 through 405003, 406001 through 406004, 407001 through 407002, 415001 through 415010, 416001 through 416003, and 417001 through 417004.
Sold at: BiLo, Food Lion, Giant Foods, Hannaford, Harris Teeter, Kroger, Price Chopper, Rite Aid, Stop & Shop, Tops and Walgreens stores nationwide from January 2014 through November 2017 for about $9.
Remedy: Contact United Exchange for instructions on how to receive a refund from the place of purchase.

High chairs
Units: About 36,000
Hazard: The high chair’s rear legs can move out of position making the chair unstable. A child then can fall out of the high chair.
Description: Recalled are Graco Table2Table 6-in-1 high chairs with model number 1969721. The high chairs convert to six different modes, including a traditional high chair, a booster seat and toddler chair and table. The high chair’s cushion is white with gold and gray polka dots. The model number, “Graco” and “Table2Table high chair” are printed on a label under the toddler seat. The model number also is on a label on the back of the booster seat.
Sold exclusively at: Walmart stores nationwide from October 2016 through December 2017 for about $100.

Girls’ jeans
Units: About 30,000
Hazard: The metal stars can come off, posing a cut hazard.
Description: Cat & Jack Girls’ Star Studded Skinny Jeans were sold in sizes 4-18P and have metal stars on the front bottom portion of the legs.
Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide and at target.com from September through November 2017 for about $18.
Remedy: Return jeans to any Target store for a refund.

Children’s rompers

Hazard: The snaps near the collar can come off, and young children can choke on them.
Description: Vermillion Painted OPP Floral Romper (style 7F32500) and Shocking Fuchsia Rose Romper (style 7F32504) were sold in sizes 0-3 months and 18-24 months.
Sold at: Nordstrom, Von Maur and various boutique stores nationwide and online at teacollection.com from July through December 2017 for about $27.

Children’s sleepwear
Units: About 1,100
Hazard: The nightgowns do not meet flammability standards for children’s sleepwear and can catch on fire easily.
Description: PL Sleep’s children’s nightgowns are made of 100% polyester. They have a gray and white snowflake printed on the long sleeves and a faux Sherpa fleece body with a red scarf, three black buttons and black belt decoration on the front. Red and white striped socks came with the sleepwear. PL Sleep and model numbers 17FT62F561 and #101 are printed on a label sewn into the left inside seam. PL Sleep and the size are on the neck label. The nightgowns were sold in children’s sizes 2 through 7.
Sold at: Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue and Von Maur stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and Chasing-Fireflies.com from October 2017 through February 2018 for $16 to $38.
Remedy: Return the garments, with or without the socks, to the retailer where purchased or contact Lemur Group for a refund.
