Ibuprofen oral suspension drops for infants
Hazard: Some bottles have more ibuprofen per dose than stated on the bottle. Large doses of ibuprofen can permanently damage infants’ kidneys.
Description: Ibuprofen oral suspension drops, USP, 50 mg per 1.25 mL were sold in half-ounce and 1-ounce bottles. Recalled are CVS Health, Equate and Family Wellness branded products with the following lots, NDC codes and expiration dates: lot 4718 with NDC 59779-925-23 and expiration date 12/19; lot 00717005A with NDC 49035-125-24 and expiration date 02/19; and lot 00717006A with NDC 59779-925-24 (labeled as: 50428-1252-4) and expiration date 02/19. Three additional lots were recalled previously: 00717009A with NDC 49035-125-23 and expiration date 02/19; lot 00717015A with NDC 49035-125-23 and expiration date 04/19; and lot 00717024A with NDC 49035-125-23, 59779-925-23 or 55319-250-23 and expiration date 08/19.
Sold at: CVS Pharmacy, Walmart stores and Family Dollar Services Inc. stores nationwide.
Remedy: Return to store where purchased. Seek medical attention for any health concerns.

Unbleached flour
Hazard: Gold Medal unbleached flour could be contaminated with salmonella. Eating raw, contaminated flour can cause illness or serious infections. Always thoroughly cook or bake foods made with flour. Do not eat raw batter or dough.
Description: The 5-pound bags of Gold Medal unbleached all-purpose flour have a UPC code of 000-16000-19610-0 and use-by date code 20APR2020KC.
Remedy: Save the product name, barcode and use-by date and throw away recalled flour.

Jogging stroller advisory
If you own a single- or double-occupant BOB jogging stroller, the company has released new information on how to safely and correctly operate the quick release on the front stroller wheel. If the front wheel is not secured to the fork, it can detach suddenly.
The strollers were imported between 1997 and September 2015 by Britax and B.O.B. Trailers Inc.
Consumers are urged to review the educational video at https://bobinfocampaign.britax.com/. Those who still have concerns can contact the company for a free bolt or quick release or discount toward a new stroller.

Description: Recalled are Power Wheels Barbie Dream Campers with model FRC29 printed under the hood and a gray foot pedal. They are battery-operated and have a play kitchen, fold out grill and pretend campfire.
Sold exclusively at: Walmart stores nationwide and online from July 2018 to January 2019 for about $400.
