The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Playset rings
Units: About 121,000 pairs of rings
Hazard: The rings can crack or break during use, and children can fall. Injuries reported include bumps, bruises, cuts and a broken finger.
Description: Only the yellow plastic trapeze rings are recalled. They are triangular in shape with rounded sides and have a loop at the top. The rings connect to a trapeze bar and were sold separately or as an attachment on these Rainbow-brand residential wooden playsets: All-American, Backyard Circus, Carnival, Fiesta, King Kong, Monster, Sunray, Sunshine and Rainbow. All playsets have an aluminum plate on the front stamped “Playgrounds America,” “Rainbow Play Systems Inc.” or “Sunray Premium Playgrounds.”
Sold at: Rainbow dealers nationwide from January 2007 through December 2011 and at several mass merchandisers, including Sam’s Club, Toys R Us and Wal-Mart from January through December 2009 for $900 to $10,000.

Cradle swings

Hazard: When the seat peg is not fully engaged, the seat and child can fall.
Description: Three models of the Fisher-Price cradle swings are recalled: Soothing Savanna Cradle 'n Swing (CHM84), Sweet Surroundings Cradle 'n Swing (CMR40) and Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle 'n Swing (CMR43). The swings rock side-to-side or swing head-to-toe. They have six speeds.

Hazard: The fabric hook and loop fastener at the neck of the bat cape can fail to open easily during use, and children can strangle.
Description: Recalled are IKEA children’s bat cape costumes. The capes are black with gray stripes, 100% polyester, and have a fabric hook and loop fastener closure at the neck. IKEA, LATTJO and numbers 60311650 and 18937 are printed on a white label sewn into the seam of the cape.
Sold exclusively at: IKEA stores nationwide and online at www.ikea-usa.com from November 2015 through February 2016 for about $13.
Remedy: Return the capes to any IKEA store for a refund.

Plush toys

Hazard: The red button on the Moogy plush toy’s left pocket can come off, and young children can choke on it.
Description: The recalled plush fastening toys for toddlers have zippers, buttons, buckles and laces and a blue and green face, red ears, a blue jacket with a red zipper, pink/red striped pants, and pink and orange shoes with polka dots. “Miniland,” item number R.96295 and lot number 0115 1402813 085 are printed on a white tag sewn into the toy’s pants.

Hazard: The helmet’s plastic shell can crack where the straps attach, causing the helmet to move on the wearer’s head. This can result in a head injury if the person wearing the helmet falls.
Description: Black Rollerblade brand Maxxum helmets. “Rollerblade” is printed on the side of the helmet, a white inline skate logo is printed on the back of the helmet and a label inside the helmet has model number “YJ-219” and production date of October 2014 or earlier.
