The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database atwww.SaferProducts.gov. Water bottles
Editor’s note: These water bottles previously were recalled in August 2019.
Units: About 5.7 million
Hazard: The water bottle’s clear silicone spout can come off, and children can choke on it.
Description: Recalled for a second time are Contigo Kids Cleanable water bottles and replacement lids. Only bottles with a black spout base and spout cover are recalled. The 13-, 14- and 20-ounce bottles came in multiple colors, graphics, materials.
Sold at: Costco, Walmart, Target and other stores nationwide and on various websites from April 2018 through Feb. 7, 2020, for $9 to $24 for individual bottles or packs of two or three.
Remedy: Contact Contigo for a replacement water bottle.

Chests of drawers
Units: About 820,000 IKEA-brand KULLEN style three-drawer chests, about 760 Safavieh-brand Aura and Silas style three-drawer chests and about 200 Home Decorator’s Collection-brand print block Whitewash style four-drawer chests.
Hazard: The recalled chests are unstable if not anchored to the wall. They can tip over onto a child, causing serious injury or death.
Description: The IKEA KULLEN chest is birch (600-930-58) or black-brown (501-637-54 and 803-221-34). The Safavieh Aura and Silas chests have light gray drawers with light gray linen finish (CHS6410B), champagne drawers with mirror finish (CHS6403A) or steel teal drawers with mirror finish (CHS6403C). The Home Decorator’s Collection print block whitewash chest is made from mango wood with a distressed finish (HDC-14012).
Sold at: KULLEN 3-drawer chests were sold at IKEA stores and online at www.ikea-usa.com from April 2005 to December 2019 for about $60. The Safavieh chest was sold at www.wayfair.com, www.overstock.com, www.gilt.com and other online retailers from November 2017 to November 2019 for $240 to $360. The Home Decorator’s Collection chest was sold at www.homedepot.com from May 2015 to December 2019 for about $900.
Remedy: Stop using the chest if it is not anchored to the wall. Place it in an area where children cannot access.

Inclined sleeper accessory
Units: About 51,000
Hazard: Infant deaths have been reported with other manufacturers’ inclined sleep products, after infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side, or under other circumstances.
Description: The inclined sleeper accessory was sold with the Kolcraft Cuddle ’n Care 2-in-1 Bassinet & Incline Sleeper (model number starting with KB063) and the Kolcraft Preferred Position 2-in-1 Bassinet & Incline Sleeper (model number starting with KB061). The inclined sleeper is the only portion of the product that is recalled.
Sold at: Juvenile product stores and mass merchandisers nationwide from March 2011 through December 2017 for about $140.
Remedy: Stop using the inclined sleeper accessory. The bassinet can be used without the inclined sleeper accessory. Contact Kolcraft for a $35 voucher to use at www.Kolcraft.com until Feb. 20, 2022, or a $20 refund.

Toy shopping carts

Hazard: The shopping cart’s basket can break into sharp pieces that can cut children.
Description: Step2 Little Helper’s children’s grocery shopping carts have a shopping cart base and basket, four wheels and a doll seat. Only units with date code combinations of 5 and 19 on the back of the basket are recalled. Cart colors include blue basket with tan cart (700000), pink basket with white cart (708500) and pink basket with gray cart (8567KL).
Sold at: BJ Wholesale Club, Kohl’s and other stores nationwide and online at Step2.com from May to October 2019 for about $40.

Children’s nightgowns
Units: About 450
Hazard: The nightgowns do not meet federal flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.
Description: Recalled are Just Blanks children’s 92% cotton and 8% spandex nightgowns in sizes 12 months through size 12. A sewn-in neck label has number 20190329.
Sold at: Children’s boutiques nationwide from August through December for about $30.
Remedy: Contact Ishtex Textile Products for a refund.

Hoverboards
Hazard: The New High-Tech Enterprise Company Inc. X1-5 hoverboard’s lithium ion batteries can overheat, posing a fire hazard. The company refused CPSC’s requests to recall the product.
Description: The New High-Tech Enterprise Company Inc. X1-5 hoverboard has “Model: X1-5” and “Product Name: Balance Scooter” on a white label on the bottom of the hoverboard. A holographic UL label also is on the bottom of the hoverboard.
Sold at: Online retailers, including www.nhthoverboard.com, www.Amazon.com and www.ewheelsusa.com/hoverboard/.
Remedy: Do not to charge or use X1-5 hoverboards.
