Infant formula sold at Walmart is being recalled because it may contain metal.
Perrigo Company PLC is voluntarily recalling 23,388 containers of Parent’s Choice Advantage Infant Formula Milk-Based Powder with Iron, the company said in a news release.
The recalled product is 35 ounces (992 grams). The bottom of the package is marked with lot number C26EVFV and a use by date of Feb. 26, 2021. No other lots or products are affected.
The company attributed the recall to “the potential presence of metal foreign matter” but said no adverse events have been reported.
