Stroller adapters

Hazard: The adapters can detach, and children can fall out of the seat attached to the stroller.
Description: The recall includes RumbleSeat accessory adapters designed to be used with the UPPAbaby RumbleSeat. The accessory attaches to the stroller with two plastic adapters that fit onto the stroller frame. The adapters were included with models 0252, 0917 and 0918. The model numbers are printed under the seat.
Sold at: Juvenile specialty stores from October 2014 through July 2019 for $180 to $200.
Remedy: Stop using recalled adapters that do not have a yellow tab and contact UPPAbaby for free replacement adapters.

Water bottle caps

Hazard: A small silicone valve in caps sold with the Podium and Peak Fitness water bottle can detach, and children can choke on it.
Description: Recalled are caps sold with CamelBak’s Podium and Peak Fitness water bottles with date codes H19039, H19063 and H19175 (on the underside of the cap). The 17-, 21- and 24-ounce bottles came in a variety of colors.

Hazard: The product packaging is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if young children swallow the contents.
Description: This recall involves Plant Guru wintergreen and birch essential oils and essential oil blends Headache Relief and Deep Muscle. The oils and blends were sold in 2-ounce, 4-ounce, 5-mL, 10-mL and 30-mL amber glass bottles. The Headache Relief roll-on is in a 10-mL blue bottle.

Description: Seven styles of Auranso Official children’s nightgowns are recalled. The short- and long-sleeved nightgowns were sold in sizes 2-3T, 3-4T, 5-6X, 6-7 years, 7-8 years and 9-10 years. They have pink heart, white heart or striped strawberry prints on them and were sold in white and pink. The heart print nightgowns are made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex, and the striped strawberry print nightgowns are made of 100% cotton.
