Backyard Play Systems is recalling outdoor playsets with a wooden roof. Children can become trapped in the gap between the lower part of the roof structure and the bottom of the gable decoration. Halo is recalling projector flashlights because children can take them apart and choke on or swallow the button cell batteries inside. One child needed surgery after swallowing a battery.
