Lenore Renée Jarvis, M.D., M.Ed., FAAP, of Washington, D.C., was elected District III vice chairperson. She ran unopposed in a special election to replace Ankoor Shah, M.D., M.B.A., M.P.H., FAAP, who moved out of the district.
Dr. Jarvis’ term as district vice chair began April 11 and ends Dec. 31, 2024. She will continue serving as the D.C. Chapter president until June 30.
