Susan Duffy, M.D., M.P.H., FAAP, of Barrington, R.I., was elected District I vice chairperson. She ran against Scott Schoem, M.D., M.B.A., FAAP, of Hartford, Conn., in a special election to replace Patricia Flanagan, M.D., FAAP, who was elected District I chairperson.
Dr. Duffy’s term begins Jan. 1 and ends Dec. 31, 2024.
