Pacific Cycle is recalling 147,000 Pacific Kids’ Igniter and Pacific Bubble Pop 20-inch bicycles because the handlebar can come loose and riders can fall. Sakar International is recalling 33,100 Credhedz Lizard helmets, Crayola Dry Erase helmets and Tony Hawk multipurpose helmets because they do not meet stability and retention requirements, and can cause head injuries to children.
