Children’s pain and fever medication
KinderFarms is recalling all lots of KinderMed Infants’ Pain & Fever (oral suspension, UPC: 850001805698) and KinderMed Kids’ Pain & Fever (oral suspension, UPC: 850001805728) due to acetaminophen instability, which can cause abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or jaundice at higher doses. The products were sold nationwide at drugstores/pharmacies, supermarkets, direct delivery and national retailers and online. Helium tanks
Worthington Industries is recalling 121,100 Balloon Time mini helium tanks because compressed helium from the tank can cause the plastic cap to be released unexpectedly, which can cause injuries.
