What motivates you to seek this position?
I have enjoyed representing the AAP through leadership in my state chapter and believe strongly in the great work the chapters, districts and Academy are engaged in for the well-being of all children. The National Nominating Committee performs important work to ensure that we have strong, diverse leadership for the Academy, and I would be honored to serve my district on the committee. My experience leading the Tennessee Chapter through a challenging environment has generated strong connections with the Academy and their leadership, providing the skills and experience for this role.
