The AAP was recognized as a top employer for adoption and workplace policies.
The National Association of Business Resources (NABR) again named the AAP as one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Chicagoland Area. Organizations win based on their commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment. They also must demonstrate exceptional human resource practices and commitment to their employees. The AAP also received the Best and Brightest Brilliance Award, marking its 15th consecutive award since the program began.
For the fifth consecutive year, the AAP received the Best and Brightest In Wellness Award from NABR for promoting and demonstrating a culture of wellness and developing and implementing wellness programs to support a healthier workplace.
The AAP also made the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s 2019 Top 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces List. The AAP is recognized as 18th overall in the United States; fifth in the medium-sized business category; and second in the non-profit industry category.
In addition, the AAP was named a Silver Cradle Award Honoree by The Cradle for its family-friendly adoption-related benefits.
