However, the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule for 2017 includes values for similar services reported via Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes. The Table provides each HCPCS code and its assigned relative value units (RVUs) and the Medicare national average allowable amount for participating providers in a non-facility setting. These give an idea of expected values for PCCM as described in CPT.
