The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has never published relative value units (RVUs) under the Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) for Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) codes 99050–99060 (special services) because the CMS considers these adjunct services to be bundled with other services and procedures.
