Packaging:

Two different packaging configurations for nirmatrelvir and ritonavir are available: Paxlovid 300 mg;100 mg Dose Pack to be used for patients with normal renal function or mild renal impairment (eGFR ≥60 mL/minute) and Paxlovid 150 mg;100 mg Dose Pack to be used in patients with moderate renal impairment (eGFR ≥30 to <60 mL/minute). Nirmatrelvir and ritonavir is not recommended in patients with severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/minute). When prescribing nirmatrelvir and ritonavir, the numeric dose for each active ingredient should always be specified (eg, Paxlovid 300 mg;100 mg, Paxlovid 150 mg;100 mg).
