The American Academy of Pediatrics will grant twelve or more fellowships for pediatric residents for a period of 6 months to one year. These fellowships have been created to enable young physicians in financial need to complete their pediatric training. The fellowships carry a stipend of $500 to $1000 depending on the length of time required to complete training and the need. The fellowships have been made possible by a grant to the Academy from Mead Johnson & Company and will be granted as of July 1, 1955. The deadline for receipt of applications will be March 1, 1955.
