Regrettably, there was a typographical error in our manuscript.1The actual formula used for making the adrenaline-cocaine (AC) solution involved mixing 28 g of cocaine with 120 mL of 1:1000 (not 1:100) epinephrine and adding enough normal saline to bring the total solution volume of 240 mL(not 480 mL). This formula makes the “full-strength” AC preparation, which contains a cocaine concentration of 11.8%.
