The Changing Role and Responsibilities of a Chairman—Letters

To the Editor.—

I enjoyed Dr Brent's article on the role and responsibilities of chairmen in the july issue of Pediatrics (1992;90:50-57). I can't think of a better person to write such a thoughtful essay.

Although the paper was not written primarily for chairmen, I hope that ours will read it.
