Errors occurred in the article by Flynn JT et al, titled “Clinical Practice Guideline for Screening and Management of High Blood Pressure in Children and Adolescents” published in the September 2017 issue of Pediatrics (2017;140[3]: e20171904; doi:10.1542/peds.2017-1904).

On page 7, in Table 3, the first column header reads: “For Children Aged 1–13 y”. It should have read: “For Children Aged 1–<13 y”.

On page 19, in Fig 3, the lower-left rectangle read: “Classify BP according to Table 1”. It should have read: “Classify BP according to Table 3”.

On page 34, in Table 17, the initial dose of candesartan for patients aged 1 to 5 years read: “0.02 mg/kg per d (up to 4 mg per d)”. It should have read: “0.2 mg/kg per d (up to 4 mg per d)”.
