Two errors occurred in the AAP Policy Statement titled “Pediatric Readiness in the Emergency Department” in the November 2018 issue of Pediatrics (2018;142[5]: e20182459). In the Supplemental Information, under Respiratory Equipment and Supplies, the 12th bullet should read: “Clear oxygen masks (standard, nonrebreathing, and with adapter for delivery of nebulized medications) for an infant, child, and adult.” Under Specialized Pediatric Trays or Kits, in the first bullet, the phrase “such as the laryngeal mask airway^c” is repeated unintentionally; the second instance should be disregarded.
