Adjusted estimates are based on multivariable logistic regression models, 1 model for each hesitancy question included, with vaccination status as the dependent variable and the hesitancy question and the following variables as independent variables to test for the independent effects of the hesitancy question on vaccination status: child’s age, child’s race and ethnicity, household income, number of children in the household, mother’s education, respondent relationship to the child, and metropolitan statistical area of residence (categories of the sociodemographic variables are the same as those in Table 1).
Vaccination coverage estimates are significantly different, P < .05, when comparing the 2 groups defined by the hesitancy question responses.
